2024 Camp Good News Registration

CAMPER INFORMATION

Please confirm that you understand that each child you register must be at least 8 years old by June 1st, 2024 and that they also must be no older than 12 years old (during camp) to participate. Please contact Matt Walton (321-1003) if you have any questions.

Please list your camper's favorite electives at CGN. If you are registering multiple campers, please separate preference with a coma. Exact names of electives are not necessary. General descriptions will be fine. Ex. Science Elective, Cooking, etc. If this is your child's first year at camp, no worries. They will be given a chance to select electives on the first day of CGN. This question will help us gauge which electives campers would most likely be interested in this summer.

MEDICAL INFORMATION


Please describe the allergies, their severity, and any medications your camper may need to bring with them.

Be sure to include the campers name followed by their special needs.

This will be kept on file and only used in the event of an emergency should your child need medical treatment. This is a required item for your child's application to be considered full and complete. You may choose to mail a copy to us or hand deliver a copy of your insurance information on the first day of camp.

ADDITIONAL EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION

In the event of an emergency, we will first try contacting the parent or guardian listed on this form. In the event that we are unable to reach that person, please provide an additional person we could try contacting.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION

We anticipate having a full camp again this summer. As a result, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The cost for CGN is $175 per child if registered before May 1st. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each child's registration. Registrations will not be considered complete until a deposit has been received for each child being registered. It is our desire to ensure that every child who would like to participate in Camp Good News may do so, regardless of their ability to pay the full cost for the camp.
