Team Registration Options
After you submit your payment, please complete the appropriate online registration form for your team: corporate team form or regular team form. Or you can download and print the corporate team form or regular team form, and send it by mail to 14 Clayton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045, or email it to robyn@cortlandywca.org.
We encourage you to pre-pay for your first aid kit to speed up the registration process at the check-in table on the day of the event. If you would like to pre-pay for the kit for your corporate or regular golf team, please select the appropriate option below, and we will have your kit ready for you at registration. The first aid kit contains things to help you improve your team's golf score, like Mulligan coupons and more.
SPECIAL NOTE: As of July 11, we have filled all 30 team slots. If you submitted a team registration form or a corporate team sponsorship form prior to this date, we have your spot reserved and you can go ahead and submit your online payment. If you are unsure if you signed up for a team or have questions, please email robyn@cortlandywca.org.

By check: please make the check payable to "YWCA Cortland," write "2024 Golf Team Registration" in the memo line, and mail it to 14 Clayton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045. Please fill out the appropriate team registration form (corporate team form or regular team form) and send it with your payment.
