Conduct Agreement

Conduct Agreement: I agree to inform my child to abide by appropriate rules of conduct while in attendance at the Shelburne Craft School Inc. including to act and behave in a safe and respectful way towards peers and staff and equipment. Failure to comply with the conduct guidelines may result in the student being asked to be picked up by a parent. Repetitive non-compliance will require a meeting between Staff and the student's parents or guardian and may result in suspension. The Shelburne Craft School Inc. has a zero tolerance policy for weapons real or fake.
