The Prince William SPCA is now accepting requests for its P.A.W. Express Mobile Adoption Van. The van will travel to the community with adoptable pets from the Prince William County Animal Shelter. Availability is limited. Here are some important notes to keep in mind before you fill out this form:
1.) The van only travels to high foot-traffic locations with lots of people. We do not schedule the van at events where fewer than 500 people will be attending. With the new Prince William County Animal Shelter now open, we will be limiting smaller events since the animals will get more visibility staying at the shelter.
2.) The van does not travel outside of Prince William County or Manassas.
3.) The van will be in the community on Saturdays and Sundays.
4.) All requests must be made at least 60 days in advance. Selection is done by the PWSPCA board and shelter staff.
5.) Approximately 1-2 off-site locations will be selected monthly depending on the shelter's schedule.
6.) Not all requests will be granted. If your location is selected, you will be notified by the PWSPCA volunteers within approximately 30 days.
