Application for Oral Health Product Donations
The "Smiles to Go!" program is a comprehensive outreach initiative created by the New York State Dental Foundation to address the growing demand for oral health resources. Organizations serving various communities, such as schools, refugee assistance groups, domestic violence shelters, and senior centers, often encounter challenges in delivering essential oral care supplies to those in need. This program is designed to bridge that gap.
Please note that due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. We only grant donation requests to programs that will benefit individuals in New York State.
