JSG CSA Signup 2023

This form is for CSA pickup at the farm at Jack's Solar Garden, located at 8102 N 95th St, Longmont, CO 80504. CSA pickup is on the farm Thursdays from 2-6pm, June 15 - October 26, 2023.

Please check the boxes below next to the shares that you would like to purchase, and choose the quantity.

Please note: Any vegetable share purchased after CSA pickups begin is prorated to account for the number of weeks you will be receiving your share.

Eggs will be also available for purchase each week for $7/dozen (no sign up: payment will go directly to our egg provider).

We have created a "donation" level for those who would like to support our food access and education programs by adding an additional sum to their CSA purchase (CSA shares are market-rate and only account for the cost of the food). We allocate a portion of our harvest to community food security programs, and the farm at Jack's is a research project, paving the way for other farmers to learn about growing food under solar panels. Your contributions go a long way in supporting our mission and are greatly appreciated!
