One moment please...

Dear City Council,

I’ve enjoyed using the open Lake Washington Boulevard when it's been temporarily closed to cars and open for people to walk, bike, roll, run and play safely. I’m excited for Councilmember Morales' proposal to add funding to the Parks budget and create a new accessible trail along Lake Washington Boulevard, from Mount Baker Beach to Seward Park, that can accommodate people of all ages and abilities. The exact design will be determined through an equitable engagement process — see one concept below. Please vote to support Councilmember Morales' proposal for an accessible trail along Lake Washington Boulevard as part of the Parks District budgeting process.
