Liability Waiver, Terms and Conditions

I hereby release TFNU (including its board members, committee members, volunteers, agents, employees, representatives, and property owner) and all affiliated individuals from responsibility or liability for injuries or damages that may occur during my participation in TFNU programs. This includes but is not limited to negligence, property damage, intentional conduct, tort claims, or any other actions or demands of any kind. I also agree to indemnify and hold TFNU harmless from any claims arising from my involvement in their programs. I understand that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, both known and unknown, and I willingly assume all such risks. I confirm that I am in good health and not under the care of a doctor for any condition that could endanger my safety or the safety of others. Additionally, I agree to comply with all rules and regulations established by TFNU, its officers, board members, agents, or employees, pertaining to their programs. By agreeing to this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and comprehended its contents. I understand that by doing so, I am voluntarily giving up certain rights and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement extends to my guardian, assigns, heirs, insurers, and executors indefinitely.
