FOR NEW MEMBERS

The World Affairs Council of Maine facilitates the State Department's International Visitor Leadership Program in Maine. We often need volunteers to welcome delegations to their homes for lunch or to accompany them on excursions. If you are interested in being a part of this unique exchange opportunity select yes below!

We frequently receive requests from area schools, students, and community groups for speakers on different issues or parts of the world, as well as requests for mentoring or career advice. We also encourage our members to share their expertise with our coffee and discussion groups or through our annual Great Decisions series. If you have expertise to share, please make a note above.
