Please note:

We typically offer one field trip and one meeting per month. In-person meetings take place on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at 75 S Grand Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105. We will send you an email notification when a field trip is scheduled for the month.

Liability Waiver

I agree that I, and those in my party, are participating in Pasadena Audubon Young Birders Club program at my own risk, and acknowledge that Pasadena Audubon has made no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, regarding the safety of conducting the program. I expressly release and hold harmless Pasadena Audubon and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, successors and assigns from and for any and all claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to person or to property suffered or incurred by me or those in my party in connection with Young Birders Club program or any aspect of it. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns.

I have thoroughly read and understand this form and the statements I have made are true.

Image Release

I grant and convey to Pasadena Audubon Society (PAS) and its representatives, licensees and assignees, all of my right, title and interests in any and all photographs, images, videos or audio recordings of myself and those in my party made by Pasadena Audubon Society, a Pasadena Audubon Society volunteer, local media agencies or an observer of the PAS Young Birder Club program, in connection with my participation in the PAS Young Birder Club. Photos may be used to promote the Pasadena Audubon Young Birders Club through club media, newsletter, website, social media. ***No one will be excluded if they do not wish to agree to this image release.***

I hereby decline to consent to the image release terms and conditions. I acknowledge and understand that it is solely my responsibility to communicate my preference to refrain from being photographed or recorded, along with any individuals in my group, to the designated staff or person in charge of my participation activities.
