Schedule Guide and Seek Field Trip (High School, Jr. High, Middle School, Elementary)

We are committed to making your experience at the Museum meaningful and enjoyable. Please tell us a little about your group so that we can prepare for your visit.

A Museum representative will contact you as soon as we are able to confirm AND schedule your visit. If you have questions, concerns, or difficulty filling out this form, please contact Katharine at kbekker@springville.org.

All group visit requests need to be submitted at least two weeks in advance so we can assign a docent to your group.

Please be aware that this is just a request. You will receive an email within a few days confirming the request or letting you know that we are not available at your requested time. Tours are available during the Museum's regular operating hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Tour Options

All docent-led tours will take place in one of the exhibitions located in our Upper Galleries and are approximately 30 minutes long. Most groups plan to visit the Museum for 1.5-2 hours, and include both a docent-led and time for the group to explore on their own.

Connect: Art has the ability to exemplify thoughts and/or feelings in ways we may not otherwise be able to express. Connect allows group members to use the art around them to express their own thoughts, feelings, or ideals.

SenseABLE: This tour focuses on a sensory experience of the Museum and its artwork. . This tour was designed to offer a hands-on experience for all guests, but specifically those with disabilities. Individuals will learn about the element of texture, the ways in which it helps express the artist's intent, and how it makes the viewer think and feel. Only available for groups of 25 students or fewer.

Exhibition Exploration: This tour provides a look at the process of putting together an exhibition. Through discussion and collaboration, groups members will get a taste of what it takes to curate an exhibition at the Museum. Only available to groups of 25 students or fewer.
