Exhibitor Sign-up for 2020 Summer Camp & After School Activities Resource Fair

Sign up here to reserve a space at the Shoreline PTA Council's Summer Camp and After-School Activities Resource Fair on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020 from 7-9pm. New location for 2020 in the Spartan Gym inside the City of Shoreline's Spartan Recreation Center (202 NE 185th St, Shoreline, WA 98155).

The deadline to reserve a space has been extended to Friday, February 21 at 5pm. Register by February 21st to guarantee placement in the printed directory to be given out to the attendees as well as a listing on the Resource Fair's event page at www.shorelinepta.org. 

Each reservation includes a 10x10 space. The Shoreline PTA Council will provide one 6' table with a tablecloth, two chairs and a name placard.

Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis beginning with spaces along the perimeter of the room. Perimeter spaces include access to electricity and display space for wall-mounted banners and signs, etc.

PLEASE READ - New for 2020!
- New location at the Spartan Gym!
- To help lower rental costs, please indicate in the Notes field if you are able to bring your own table(s).
- We are collecting the information for exhibitor listings in the Resource Fair Directory separately from the logistics communication contact.
- A new checkbox to indicate if your organization or business provides scholarships or similar subsidies. We will add a symbol to exhibitor listings in the Resource Fair Directory to indicate that scholarships are available.

Schedule for Tuesday, March 3:
5:30pm - Spartan Gym opens for set-up
6-7pm - Exhibitor reception with light refreshments - get to know your fellow organizations!
7-9pm - Doors open
9-9:30pm - Clean up

The $20 per 10x10 space fee (payable via PayPal or check) helps to cover event expenses. Cancel by 5pm on Friday, February 28th via email to shorelineptamal@gmail.com to receive a full refund.

Payment Method

The $20 space fee can be paid by check or PayPal.

- To pay with PayPal, click on Enter Payment Information at the bottom of this page to review a payment summary screen. Next, click on the PayPal button to go to PayPal to enter your payment details and finish the transaction.

- To pay by check, also click on Enter Payment Information at the bottom of this page so that your form information will be submitted. After reviewing the payment summary screen, simply close the page without clicking through to PayPal. Note that you won't receive an automatic confirmation email but instead will receive a confirmation email sent manually within 1-2 days. Send in your check by Friday, February 14th made payable to:
