BOOTH SPACE – INSTRUCTIONS AND APPLICATION
DUSTOFF MUSIC FESTIVAL

Exhibitor Fees and Schedule:
For Profit Food Trucks/Restaurant Booths require a $200 vendor fee. This fee is a requirement of Cheney Stadium, not Dustoff Music Festival. (Maximum of 3 Food Trucks). All food trucks must have current permits and licenses and safety equipment per Tacoma Fire Department and Dept of Health.
Merchandise/Vendor Booths require a $50.00 booth donation (check, online or money order) which must be included with your application if registering in advance before 04/01/19. After 4/1/19 the booth donation is $70. If space allows, the day of the event booth registrations will be accepted for a $100 donation. Make checks payable to Operation Ward 57. PLEASE NOTE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCEPTANCE AS A VENDOR. ANY FEES RECEIVED WILL BE RETURNED IF YOU ARE DENIED OR SPACE IS FILLED. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE VIA EMAIL.
Nonprofit Booths: 10x10 Booth Space is free. Must provide tax letter.
ALL FOR PROFIT VENDORS WILL DONATE A MINIMUM OF 10% OF ANY SALES TO OPERATION WARD 57. (All donations must be received no later than 14 days after the event)
Set up Begins: 200pm, Doors Open 5pm (Subject to Change)
Tear Down Time – No Earlier Than 8pm.
THE FOLLOWING BOOTHS AND MATERIALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE: No derogatory booths, or anti military booths allowed. Please observe these guidelines. Booth approval is at the discretion of Operation Ward 57 and Sponsors and all booths must observe Federal, State and Local Laws. No Direct Sales/Home Party Businesses without prior approval (Scentsy, Wrap-it, Passion Party, etc.)
BOOTHS: Exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own booths, tables and chairs. Booth sizes are 10x10 or larger by special request. Please ensure you have proper weights and tie downs for booths in case of wind (THIS IS MANDATORY). Excess noise of any kind is prohibited. If you desire cover, you must provide your own. If you have a specific booth location, please make note of that in this application, but space cannot be guaranteed. We do not provide power or WIFI internet. You may bring a small generator but please ensure you have a fire extinguisher with you per Fire Dept guidelines.
If serving Food please obtain required permits from the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department at http://www.tpchd.org/food/temporary-food-establishment/ at least 3 weeks prior to the event. Please ensure you have all correct fire extinguishers for your cooking method.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES 2 WRISTBANDS FOR BOOTH STAFF. WRISTBAND ALLOWS ACCESS TO EVENT. AFTER 330PM ANYONE WITHOUT A WRISTBAND MUST EXIT THE VENUE. ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. QUESTIONS PLEASE EMAIL INFO@OPERATIONWARD57.ORG
NOTE: Booths must remain open during the course of the event and tear down at the permitted time before the close of the festival. No overnight booths will be allowed. No security is provided. Vehicles must be removed from the grounds immediately after unloading, except vehicles approved by staff. A booth rep must be present in their booths at all times. Camping is not allowed on the grounds. Please, no alcohol or dogs on the grounds (except service animals).

The exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless Operation Ward 57, Event Sponsors, Cheney Stadium, Agility AVL and/or the legal entities which own, lease and/or operate the property,; Operation Ward 57, their members, officers, directors, and employees against any or all damage to property or personal injury or loss caused by the exhibitor or his agents, representatives, employees or any other person. The exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property in any way connected with the exhibitor’s display caused by the exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or employees. The exhibitor understands that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain insurance if desired.
