2020 Holiday Basket Event Registration
DEADLINE TO PRE-REGISTER: THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 12th

Shoreline Center front lot ( 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline WA 98155 )
Eligibility Requirements for Holiday Basket Recipients:
Must have a student in the Shoreline School District for the 2020-2021 school year
OR a child 0-18 years of age living within the cities of Shoreline or Lake Forest Park. College students(regardless of age) are not eligible for the gift program but should be included in the number in family.
TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT:
Submit the following form online (preferred) OR with the family advocate at your child's school.

CHECK-IN TIME WILL BE ASSIGNED via a letter sent by US Mail (and email, if provided). Your letter with an assigned check-in time should arrive by the week of December 1st. The letter will be in English. Check the box below to receive the family letter in Spanish.
We ask that you leave your students/children at home to protect their privacy as well as the privacy of other students.
