HOUSE TEAM MEMBER - flexible schedule to meet a variety of needs of our participants. These might include but not limited to: driving clients to appointments or other significant errands; computer skill tutoring/assistance; job search & application help; interview practice; assistance with filling out a variety of applications (job, housing, insurance); moving out to her next step. *Must be 21 years of age and complete background & reference checks before service.
DONATIONS COORDINATOR - responds to inquiries about donations of goods; assess our need; make referrals to other organizations if necessary, coordinates pick up or drop off; stocks and organizes donation storage; tracks donations and sends acknowledgements.
YARDWORK - raking, weeding, gardening - as needed.
REPAIRS & HANDIWORK - as needed.
OFFICE HELP - filing, data entry, organizing - 2-3 hour shift/weekly.
EVENT PLANNING & EVENT STAFF - help coordinate our fundraising events and work the different jobs at the events.
PR/MARKETING - designing flyers, graphics, brochures, etc .
NURSE - Medical - work closely with our Housing Team (Housing Director & Psychiatric Nurse) to meet the needs of our clients; provide on-going advisement and feedback based on your medical license; meet with clients individually once a month and report back to team once a month
WORKSHOP PRESENTER -lead a one time or series workshop on a topic relevant to the development of our clients (life skills, job-readiness, mental or physical health, emotion regulation, conflict resolution, goal-setting, stress management…). Please list the topic(s) of your expertise in the next section.
