It limits our parking facility’s liability and licenses the bearer to park one vehicle at the bearer’s sole risk. By accepting this ticket you will be subject to payment of posted rates. Our Parking Facility does not guard or assume care, custody, or control of your vehicle or its contents. We are not responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss. The responsibility for parking and locking this vehicle solely belongs to the Owner. Our Parking Facilities issues you this ticket as your contract and for timekeeping purposes only. At no time may an employee modify or waive any of its terms. Only a license to park is granted hereby and no bailment is created. This is not a claim check.
