Please be advised that if you have not started by the starting date, the project may be assigned to another prospective Eagle Scout. If you are unable to start the project by this date, you must notify the Volunteer Coordinator so that we may change the agreement. You must also have the project completed by the anticipated completion date; otherwise we may not sign off on the project. Reasonable extensions may be made, but please be realistic when setting the date of completion. All DATES and TIMES that you will be here working on your project MUST be pre-approved by the Volunteer Coordinator or you will be unable to work on your project that day.
