#Project H.U.G. HUDA Urban Garden

Detroit is a food desert. Many of our patients and neighbors struggle to find affordable, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Please help us continue our vision to

Build a reliable, self-sufficient, sustanable, year-round urban garden that the surrounding community can depend upon for fresh produce.
Educate both young and oldon the benefits of fresh vegetables in their diet to prevent many of the socioeconomic diseases which we see at HUDA such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease and obesity.
Demonstrate though community activism how by utilizing God's gifts of abundance, we can help eachother and encourage positive change and well-being
