Lori Yoga

Join Lori Broznowski for a twilight deep stretch 75-minute class at 6pm.  This yoga class, appropriate for all skill levels, is a restorative practice rooted in Universal Yoga.  Deep Stretch focuses on opening the major areas of joint mobility in the body. While a few poses may be taken standing, deep stretch is for the most part, a seated practice. Deep stretch is a deeply nourishing and restful practice that will open and relax both the body and mind. This class will provide cues for all levels of flexibility, providing each individual their deepest stretch while finding moments of stillness.

Lori has been practicing yoga for 15 years.  A multisport athlete, she taught fitness classes for 25 years and is now a yoga instructor, having received her teaching certificate from Andrey Lappa’s Universal Yoga 200-hour teacher training.

Lori embraces all the Northwest has to offer.  She is a skier, an avid cyclist, hiker, gardener, and rock climber.  Yoga is the perfect complement to all sports and life in general.  Lori’s thoughts on yoga, “Yoga provides strength training, flexibility, coordination, and balance while freeing the mind and lifting the soul.  Yoga in the garden is a wonderful gift for the spirit and a lovely summer treat in the PNW.”

This class is appropriate for all levels, so don’t worry if you can’t put your toe in your ear! Hope to see you!
