Short Creek Farm, 18 Winding Hill Rd in Northwood
$50 per person: includes hands-on sausage making workshop and instruction, farm tour, sampling of local meats, cheeses, and beer, and a 1lb mixed assortment of sausage to take home.
Participants should come dressed for the weather and the activity. We will be walking in varied terrain during the farm tour portion of the event and the workshop portion will be hands-on.
There is a limited number of tickets for this workshop.
