About the Application Process

This cohort is limited to 25 participants. In identifying quality candidates, we review each application carefully looking for leadership achievement as well as leadership potential. A demonstrated commitment to racial equity work is imperative. All candidates for the program will be interviewed. You must complete and e-sign your application and your sponsor/employer (if applicable) must complete in agreement as well. Tuition is $2800. Limited scholarship support is available. Class Dates and Expectations

Class Participants are expected to attend and fully participate in five Education Days from 8 am - 5 pm. The dates are as follows:

There will also be a class project which will require out of class participation.
