This walk is for young adults in 6th to 12th grade. Please enter the names and grades of all young adults you are registering.
The walk will be guided by representatives of The Barrington Land Conservation Trust, the Barrington Public Library and Barrington Middle School. Students should be dropped off at 4 pm and picked up no later than 5:30 pm. Pizza and beverages will be shared at the end of the walk (at about 5 pm).
Location: Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve -- 33 acres of field, forest and salt marsh that is home to many wild creatures and plants. The terrain is gentle but may be wet or uneven in places. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. In the event of bad weather, we'll contact you to reschedule.
You may park in the grassy lot just beyond the entrance to Johannis Farm Wildlife Preserve, which is located between 461 and 475 Sowams Road (see below).
