Register for attending the Membership Meeting (in person or virtually).
Please register EACH attendee seperately, and they must be members to vote.
If attending in person and are in need of lodging, you must also register on for the weekend HERE. Apple Cider/Membership Weekend registration is open to Members and NonMembers!
If attending virtually, you will receive a virtual log in information prior to the meeting. Please log in or arrive 15 min before the meeting to check in.
Per the bylaws, you must be a member as of the date of the notice being sent out (30 days before the meeting) in order to vote. Your membership must be active as of the membership meeting. If you are unsure if you are up to date, email info@circlepinescenter.net.
We are unsure if there are any voting items at this time however there will be brief committee reporting and definately financial reporting at the meeting (including the per event analysis the members have been asking for). During the weekend we would like have in person committee meetings.
The Agenda will be posted on the website after September 30th.
