Please read the following description of Steiger

Steiger is a worldwide mission organization that is called to reach and disciple the “secularized global youth culture.”

The “secularized global youth culture” is the 17-35 year olds who are tied together by globalization and often have negative ideas of who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him. They believe the church to be irrelevant to their day-to-day life - a dead, empty tradition of the past. This demographic represents one of the largest unreached people groups in the world.

Steiger uses art, music and creativity to present Jesus in a clear and relevant way and establishes a long-term presence in urban centers through ongoing outreach, discipleship and church planting.

Steiger missionaries have various roles/giftings, including evangelists, disciplers, organizers, administrators, artists, speakers, event planners, designers, church planters, etc.

4. Is the applicant involved in his/her church? Have they developed relationships with people who believe in the call on their life and want to support and stand with them in that call?

Have they worked through obstacles, disappointments, experiences from the past that could, if not dealt with, hinder their ability to function successfully both now and the future?

Do they look at people and circumstances positively or do they tend to be negative?

Are they spiritually, mentally and emotionally stable - even when circumstances are difficult?
