It is the policy of EVE to secure criminal conviction history along with Michigan and National Sex Offender Registry for volunteer positions so that we can ensure the safety of the people we serve.

EVE is sensitive to the fact that some individuals are victimized by the legal system therefore, charges found on a criminal history report will not automatically disqualify you as a potential volunteer.

All volunteer applicants are considered without regard to race, religion, gender, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, medical condition or handicap, or any other legally protected status.
