Eugene and Deb McHugh established the Beth McHugh Memorial Fund in memory of their beloved daughter, Elizabeth (Beth) Richey McHugh.
She was a dedicated and caring nurse and was recognized by her hospital and peers for her skill and compassion in the field of nursing. Beth had an adventurous spirit and loved traveling.
