2023 Holly Fair Vendor Terms & Conditions

As part of this event fundraiser, by your submission and payment, you are certifying that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions below, and will agree to all the rules and policies herein. Please contact event organizer Pauline Minch for additional information at pminch@saint-michael.com

Please read carefully!


Setup/Breakdown: All vendors must be set up and ready for before 10:00am. Doors will open at 7:30am for vendor set-up. Breakdown can start no sooner than 2:00pm that afternoon; no vendor is to close before the official closing time. Sellers are responsible for their selling spaces; please leave your area clean and trash free. Let us know if something in your area is spilled and needs to be cleaned/mopped.
Staffing: Vendor tables must always be manned and intact until the event closes at 3:00pm. Not more than three people behind each table at all times. Please speak with a Holly Fair official if you are alone and need coverage for a bathroom and/or lunch break. Saint Michael Parish is not responsible for vendor merchandise or display materials.
Vendor Responsibility: Vendor will be responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire casualty. Saint Michael Parish expressly disclaims any responsibility for same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities because of or in connection with its operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of their employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or the welfare of the event.
Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for event attendees. Tables and table sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment or personnel interferes with aisle flow or encroaches beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment.
Animals/Pets: Any type of animal/pet is not allowed inside the church hall by vendors, visitors or customers.
One Business Per Table: Only one (1) business per table; space may not be shared or sublet to another business.
Acceptance: Saint Michael Parish reserves the right to decline any vendor application if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the Holly Fair.
Payment: The full payment is a non-refundable registration fee for vendor table/space and is due with submission. We will not hold a table/space without payment. Completed applications and agreements are required with payment. Your table is not confirmed until we receive your payment.
Electricity: Electric will not be available to any vendor.
Music: Music will be the responsibility of Saint Michael Parish.
Cancellation: Vendor fees are not refundable. Saint Michael Parish is not liable if other conditions prevent the vendor from attending or fulfilling the contractual obligation as a Vendor. NO refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.
Snow Date: There will be no snow date for severe storms.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Michael Parish from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages, suits to person or property, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Vendors and their employees at the 2023 Saint Michael Parish Holly Fair.
