We are looking for some mighty fine volunteers! A description of each role is below. Thanks so much for your contribution in making this a successful event!
Setup and Cleanup:
Set up is from 3-6pm. Cleanup is from 8-10pm
Move tables and chairs, projector and screen, posters, registration, flowers
Registration/Fundraising Recorders (4):
Start/End Time: 5-8pm
Register and check-in people at the door. You will provide them with information to where their table is, answer any questions and enter their credit card with our tablets or your phone. (we will train you and help you download an app to your phone if that is needed)
During the Cocktail Auction each volunteer will record and identify the table that won the cocktail bid. Once a table has won, you will write the table number and winning bid amount on their cocktail donation envelope, then deliver the envelope to the table. After a few minutes, return to the table to collect payment. Count to make sure the payment is complete, then take the donation envelopes to registration. During the Raise the paddle each volunteer will write down which guest (they will have numbered signs) donated at what level.
Table Attendants (2)
Start/End time: 5 to 8pm
Keep our guest hydrated and clear desserts from table throughout the evening.
Raffle Ticket Sellers/Cocktail Servers/Donation Collectors (5)
We are looking for social and outgoing people to sell raffle tickets throughout the evening. You will also be collecting money and tracking the tickets you sell and turning in both the money and tickets to a board member. The raffle will be at the later part of the evening.
During the Cocktail Auction each volunteer will distribute auction drinks to the table with the highest bid.
During the Raise the Paddle volunteers will collect donations from our guests and help identify which guests are bidding for a donation during each donation level.
