CHAP Summer Workshops are back!

We love providing a space for children of all abilities to experiment with a variety of projects and mediums. Children will learn from talented Guest Artists with diverse expertise.

We are excited to introduce a hybrid model to this year's virtual workshops with socially-distanced workshops held outside CHAP's Sellwood Studio. Please see camp details to see which workshops will be hybrid.

For in person days: To ensure the safety of the children and families we serve, temperatures will be taken and hands sanitized upon arrival. Masks will be required for all children for the duration of their workshop. Workshops will be held 100% outside with staff and volunteer supervision. All staff and volunteers interacting at workshops with children will be vaccinated.

Materials will be provided on-site and children will not be sharing materials.

For virtual days: Sessions will be held on zoom with plenty of screen breaks. Artmakers will have plenty of support from Guest Artists and CHAP Staff if they need assistance in our virtual session. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies and do their own projects. A Workshop Box will be provided prior to session with the art supplies your child will need to participate in the projects.

Cancellation Policy

If parents/guardians need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. A full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee, can be made if parents/guardians notify CHAP at least 7 days before selected workshop date. There are no refunds for unattended days.
