Year after year, Book Arts looks forward to displaying the work of our diversely talented members.
We encourage all to submit, all forms of artwork are welcome, and we are especially proud of the art created in our workshops!
Membership at Book Arts supports our ongoing outreach programming in book & printmaking for students of all ages, and contributes to our impact putting WNY on the map as a cultural and book arts destination. If you’re not yet a member, consider joining our vibrant community of artists & makers, submit a piece, and celebrate with us at the opening reception!

ARTWORK DROP OFF DAYS } Tuesday, July 9th - Friday, July 12 | 12-6pm AND Saturday, July 13 | 12-5pm at BookFest!
•Exhibition is open to current, renewing or new members, with no fee to enter. Members may submit one work. Please contact us if you have any questions about the status of your membership.
• Artwork can be for sale or listed as not for sale (NFS); Book Arts will retain 30% commission on work sold. If work is unsold it can be picked up after exhibition closes: Tuesday, September 3-Saturday, September 7, 12-6pm.
• Submitting work: two-dimensional submissions must be ready for hanging (framed, with appropriate hardware and wire to hang, unless unframed piece is to be installed with magnets). All work must be labeled with artists’ name, title of the piece, process/media, date, and sale price (or NFS). If your piece is larger that 4 feet in any direction, please contact Book Arts prior to submitting to make arrangements for installation. Work will be displayed in the best possible manner as space allows. If submitted work requires instructions, please let us know.
