This training is designed for landlords, property managers and other interested parties. Best Practices Training will cover common issues, misgivings and misbehaviors that property managers and landlords encounter. HCCI will offer an overview of the Kansas Residential Landlord/Tenant Act as it pertains to tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities. Fair Housing will also be covered and include: screening tenants; protected classes; discrimination; service and therapy animals; reasonable accommodations; advertising; and documentation.
