Summer Fest Vendor Registration

Complete this form and submit payment to reserve a spot to sell your wares at Summer Fest. Vendor booths will be open to visitors from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. the day of this event. Electricity will be provided on a first come first serve basis. Black Pine will not supply any canopies or tents.

Terms & Conditions

Please review and initial to indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions for participation: Each 10x10' booth space is $25.00. Tables and chairs are NOT included and are vendor's responsibility. Vendors selling food are responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations. If for any reason space is not available (reserved on a first-come, first-served basis) a 100% refund will be issued. Cancellation policy: Spots cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of event are eligible for a 100% refund. Spaces cancelled less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of fees paid.
